Three simple steps
- Add your Mac. Your Mac contacts Trackeris. Previously enrolled Macs stay linked; your support team links new test installations.
- Enable control. Click Open Accessibility settings and turn on Trackeris Support.
- Restart the app. Click Restart app. Look for “Your Mac is ready for support”.
When support is requested, approve the request and choose your display. You can end the session from the TR Support menu at any time.
